At 560 pages, 44 professional and amateur poets aged 18 – 70, ranging from prominent and long-established names to new talent on the Czech poetry scene, present more than four hundred poems. The result is a remarkable collection of the works of three generations of Czech women, including numerous poetic styles, from classical to modern verse and experimental poetry.

 

The anthology was compiled by the writer and poet Sylva Lauerová who, along with van Aspen Publishing, Ltd., was also responsible for its publication, thus returning once again to non-commercial literature.
